The worst form of birth control is the rhythm method - this is where you only have on days of your cycle when you believe you cannot get pregnant - it is very unreliable because cycles change and vary due to stress and health and because sperm can live inside you for up to a week. It also demands alot of self-control on days when you can get pregnant.
