Has anyone suffered from windscreen washer problems?

I make sure that my windscreen washer resevoir bottle is filled with the right strength of anti freeze solution , but to no avail. In this deeply cold early winter , the nossles start to misbehave themselves and freeze. I just wondered if anyone have their own ways around this annual problem. I'm also quite surprised that no-one has invented a small nossle de-icing device.
