Yes. The company has already dictated that it can and will deduct from your wages for debt owed. IF it was understood that staying in the hotel would be charged if you did not complete the probationary period, yes. I believe the hotel expense would fall under the, "...right to make deductions from your wages/salary in certain other situations."
