How to not p a cold to a 5 week old baby?

Any advice is certainly appreciated. I JUST got sick with a cold (runny nose...sore throat) and I have a 5 week old baby. I am feeding and i know not to stop doing that. But I am alone with her during the day and do not want to p this on to her. But it seems lately she is more happier when i am holding her. How can I still be attentive to her but not p this cold to her? any advice?
