I met this aries man over myspace but hes scared to meet me what should i do?

Well i met this guy off of myspace he just moved from Florida and is out here to stay..well we have been talking over the phone for about a week and he tells me everyday how much he likes me and how much hes ready to be in a relationship.hes even possessive asking me everytime that i say im hanging with someone he ask if its a guy. but when i ask him to meet me he says he will but never doest..and when i try to talk to him about it he says when the time is right we will meet. i don't know what to do because im an aquarian women and we tend to be very impatientt and hot headed...idk what to do..idon't to want to push him away..any advice? aries man especially
