HELP! I NEED TO ABOUT ANY FREE ANTIVIRUS PROGRAMS FREE TO DOWNLOAD!?

I need an antivirus program to download FREE; not to diagnose my computer or just tally up viruses, but to actually remove them painlessly. And I don't need ones that recquire pin codes to actually remove viruses. Or are there any tips to remove viruses at home? PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!
