who witnessed the incident insisted I go to the ER. After going through several tests I was found to have a hairline fracture to the knee, and now have to go to a orthopedic surgeon. While I was there I was interviewed by a patient advocate as well as risk management person. I truly believe they think there will be a suit filed. If that is the case would I need an attorney or would the hospital settle with me? If so how much do you think this is worth?
