What will the dr do if at a physical they notice your cutting ?

I'm 15 i have my phisical later today , i've been cutting for almost two years , my parents found out about a year ago but didnt find out intill they were healed so they thought i stopped . they toke me to counciling and figured i was fine . i stopped counciling a few monthes ago because i told mom i was getting nothing out of it , if she finds out i'm doign it again i'm afriad she'lll have me sent away . anybody kow anythign ? please and thank you
