How to attract an asian guy?

He's too perfect to even describe, he's very popular and independent. He's so perfectionist, he always have straight A, he's in the highest cl and alwasy have the highest average. He also play sport, and he does everything so well, so perfect. The problem is, he is very cold and quiet, he doesnt approach to anyone. He's been rejecting confessions from almost every girls ,...harshly. He's just sooo emotionless, i dont know what to do..:(
