How fast can i stretch my ears?

ok im gong to get my ears pierced at 6g. i was wondering how long i had to wait until i could start stretching? i heard i had to wait 4 weeks,2 months, and 6 months. which is it? i want to stretch as fast as possible but safely. Also how long do i have to wait between stretches? i also heard 2 weeks, 1 month, and 3 months. i want to go to 00g. also how long after i was at 00g could i wear double flare plugs? i know its a lot of questions but thanks for any help.
