Whats a good workout for my benchpress to get the most increase in a 10 month time?

I'm a high school lifter who lifts both olympic and powerlifting style. My main goal is to get my benchpress as high as possible while not gaining weight in order to stay in my weight cl (129lbs). I'm about 5'2 and have a fairly wide grip, usually I do a "bench press pyramid" which warms up to my max, then comes back down gradually in a 3x85%, 5x 80%, 8x75%, burnout at 60% workout. Currently my max is fluttering at about 210 - 215 pause bench and i'd really like it to be in the 250 - 260 range for pause bench.
