A Question For Spiritually / Theologically Advanced Hindus, Buddhists and Sikhs???

I have a family member who practices all of the above and I've never seen such a soul who needed attention and validation in my life. They obviously have overcome and ped by on love because when they zoom in on what's wrong with you, they write you off their friendship list the minute you don't give in to what they want. What I'm trying to say is they practice this god/goddess mentality.
