How can the odometer reading be changed for Holden Commodore Vt using Tech 2 or are there other options?

Tampering with an odometer is illegal, why would you want to do that. If you alter the actual mileage on a vehicle and sell it and get caught, then you will have lots of time on your hands to read up on it in jail. No computers either
