Gummy smile procedure?

i have a gummy smile causing my teeth to look really small. i want to get crown lengthening or any procedure that would show more of my teeth but how much would it cost? i just want it for 4 of my teeth. will insurance cover it? can i keep my original teeth and just have my gums cut or will i need porcelain crowns?
