Fridge/freezer defrosted whilst on holiday. How do I get rid of the stink?

I have an almost brand new fridge freezer and the power tripped off whilst I was away. The freezer contained both meat and fish which defrosted and became rotten. Although the freezer is now clean and empty and seems ok and I have washed the fridge with bicarbonate of soda, the fridge still smells awful. What can I do?
